This program supports projects that reduce diesel emissions through the creation of national, tribal, regional, state or local finance programs. — The National Renewable Energy Laboratory announces its intent to issue an RFP for development assistance for the U.S. Department of Energy’s whole building analysis program, EnergyPlus. EnergyPlus is used by design professionals and consultants around the world to assess multiple building design alternatives to increase the energy efficiency of commercial buildings, reduce negative environmental impacts, improve economic performance, and improve the level of comfort for building occupants.
